1. Can this controller operate both lighting and pergola motors?
Yes. The integrated controller can manage pergola lighting, linear actuators, tubular motors, and weather sensors from one control system. Users can operate these functions through an RF remote, Tuya mobile app, or touchscreen panel.
2. How many motors can one controller operate?
The published configuration supports up to 4 linear actuators and up to 2 tubular motors. The final motor capacity depends on the selected controller model, motor type, voltage, load, and wiring configuration. Our engineering team can confirm the correct configuration for your pergola design.
3. Does it support RGB and single-color lighting?
Yes. The system supports both RGB and single-color lighting.
- RGB lighting: up to 16 million colors, dynamic scenes, and smooth 0–100% dimming
- Single-color lighting: DC24V output with up to 300W capacity
- Compatible lighting options include profile LED strips, spotlights, and other pergola lighting products
4. Is it compatible with Somfy, A-OK, and Dooya motors?
The controller is designed to support selected Somfy, A-OK, and Dooya tubular motor configurations. Compatibility is not universal for every model. Final compatibility should be confirmed based on the motor voltage, control protocol, wiring, power rating, and required functions.
Please provide the motor model and datasheet for compatibility confirmation before ordering.
5. What is the RF range?
RF specification is more than 100 meters in open-area conditions. The actual range depends on the pergola structure, aluminum enclosure, wall thickness, antenna position, interference, and installation environment. The system is designed with anti-interference performance and can operate through aluminum structures up to 3 mm thick.
For a finished pergola, we recommend testing the complete assembled structure rather than relying only on an open-area range test.
6. Does the system work during internet outages?
Yes. Core local functions can continue through the RF remote and local touchscreen panel when the internet or cloud service is unavailable. This includes local lighting and motor commands.
Tuya app features that require internet access—such as remote access, cloud monitoring, or cloud-based functions—may be unavailable during an internet outage. The exact offline behavior depends on the selected controller, firmware, and system configuration.
7. What certifications are available?
VLEDSTAR states that its quality and environmental management systems follow ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. Depending on the product model and target market, available product certifications may include:

8. Can the remote and enclosure be customized?
